Are prices negotiable?

Rates are presently set to be inclusive of the time, expertise and dedication it takes to provide you with quality resources and useful consultations. They are not negotiable at this time. However, flexible payment options are made available for your convenience.

What is the process?

  1. Book an initial consultation for a needs assessment to determine how much 1:1 consultation is needed.

  2. Receive a list of consultation options and a plan of achievement that will aid in your needs.

  3. Book as many of these sessions as you are comfortable.

  4. Receive support, without being upsold.

What IS YOUR scheduling POLICY?

Trust me, I get it. Life happens. Once you have booked an appointment, time is reserved in the scheduled exclusively for you. You will be granted a 15 minute grace period before being considered a no-show and the meeting will end.

Refunds are not eligible if you cancel less than 48 hours from your appointment time. To avoid this, please provide proper notice by updating the scheduling site prior to the allotted 48 hours. After 3 rescheduled consultations, The Sighted Guide Co reserves rights to refuse continued service.

Service deliverables are beginning to be compiled as soon as the questionnaire is received upon booking. Therefore, it is important to understand that no changes can be made to service needs after such receipt. In the interest of time invested, no refunds will be granted; however, you may choose to terminate the remainder of your consultation at any time with the ability to reschedule three times. Sometimes, we’re simply not ready to continue.

In the case of bundled consultation packages, clients are only eligible for refunds prior to completion of questionnaires and there have been no services rendered.
